I had Ideal replace nearly every window in my 1964 ranch-style home over the course of a year (including basement windows). I had the best imaginable service on each project installment and LOVE LOVE my new windows! They are beautiful and so easy to clean, much more energy efficient than the old originals. When I was having trouble with one (stuck open on a cold SUNDAY), the installer, Brent, came out on his own time to adjust it for me at no charge, and gave me a few tips for the future.
