Ideal replaced panes in a older model living room window. They had to carefully pull up the old molding and, change the glass and return the molding. They did a superb job. Later, Ideal replaced our front and rear patio doors with ease. No muss. No fuss. Very pleased with their work. I’d recommend them.

We had Brent work on our installation. He was excellent. His work was good, efficient, and quick. He brought a great “can do” attitude and we enjoyed having him work on our windows.

We recently had all new windows from Ideal Windows installed in our manufactured home and are extremely pleased. Their installer, Brent, did an excellent job and knew exactly the correct way to do it in our type of home. We had checked several different window suppliers but either they did not work on our type of home or we were not confident that they knew the right way to install them. We are extremely pleased!

I had Ideal replace nearly every window in my 1964 ranch-style home over the course of a year (including basement windows). I had the best imaginable service on each project installment and LOVE LOVE my new windows! They are beautiful and so easy to clean, much more energy efficient than the old originals. When I was having trouble with one (stuck open on a cold SUNDAY), the installer, Brent, came out on his own time to adjust it for me at no charge, and gave me a few tips for the future. I highly recommend Brian and Ideal: excellent service and follow up. They take care of their customers.

I just wanted to thank you for the windows you sold us! Finally our November and December gas bills ran $60 and $120 this year (vs. $100 and $200 last year at this time). The biggest benefit of all has been our house is not feeling drafty this winter!
